Refund policy

We hope you love your IBMJ pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered

  • Free from makeup, stains, deodorant or tanning marks

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and swing labels still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Returns shipped after this timeframe may be rejected.

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please send them separately to avoid delays in processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items with tags removed

  • Gift cards
