Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any items not returned in their original condition or if they are shipped back after the 30-day return window.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For returns made after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue store credit at our discretion.
30-Day Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product. Returns shipped after this 30-day period may be refused.
Returning Items from Multiple Orders
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please ensure they are sent separately to avoid processing delays.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, we are working on making this option available in the near future.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
