Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact returns@inspiredbymj.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your full name, and order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
All sunglasses and chains are not able to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. You will be notified of this prior to purchasing the item.
On all of our personalised products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges unless faulty. Please contact within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged.
All items purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and must be unused.
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days. The new product will be delivered to you once we have received the returned item and it has undergone inspections.
