We offer exchanges or refunds if something isn’t quite right. If something isn’t right with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by completing the form on the page.
All items must be returned to us in the original packaging and postal box for us to process an exchange or refund. Proof of purchase is required and items must be returned to us in perfect, unused condition.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns for sunglasses, sunglasses chains, and similar body accessories.
We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received but we will endeavour to catch your order in time to amend or can cancel your order.
Please contact us to request an amendment or cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order because we will be unable to amend or cancel any personalised orders once the customisation has been completed.
